Every taxpayer who files an income tax return can allocate 5‰ of their taxes to a non-profit organization. Every year, the Revenue Agency publishes an updated online list of all eligible recipients (entities, associations, and organizations) that can receive the 5‰: Agency No. 1 of Pavia for Ayamé is included among the 5x1000 non-profit associations.

Supporters of NGOs can benefit from the tax advantages provided for in Article 15 of Presidential Decree No. 917 of December 22, 1986 (TUIR) and subsequent amendments.

It is necessary to indicate your Tax Identification Number in the payment description, especially if the sender’s bank account is jointly held. Cumulative payments are excluded from the aforementioned benefits. You must keep the bank transfer receipt issued by the bank, in order to present it in case of audits by the Revenue Agency.

Since 2023, data regarding received charitable donations are transmitted to the Revenue Agency for the purposes of the pre-filled tax return.

If you do not wish to make your donation data available to the Revenue Agency, you can exercise your right to object to the use of these data through the following two methods:

a) By notifying the objection directly to the recipient of the donation at the time of making the donation, or in any case by December 31 of the year in which the donation was made.

b) By notifying the objection to the Revenue Agency from January 1 to March 20 of the year following the donation, providing the information using the specific objection request form.

Agency No. 1 of Pavia for Ayamé is an NGO, registered in the public list of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) (Art. 26, paragraph 3, Law 125/2014), a non-profit organization (O.N.L.U.S.), and a Volunteer Organization (O.D.V.), registered in the Provincial Section of Pavia of the Regional General Register of Volunteering under No. PV-322. Since November 16, 2022, it is also an E.T.S., registered in the R.U.N.T.S. (rep. 80180 of 16/11/2022).
