The Shareholders' Meeting of the Agency

The Shareholders’ Meeting of the Agency meets once a year in Pavia, at the Ghislieri College, to approve the financial report, plan the activities for the following year, and elect (every three years) the President and the Coordination Committee. The annual meeting is open to all and is an important moment of sharing and planning.

The Coordination Committee

The Coordination Committee (which elects the Vice-President and the Treasurer from within its members) meets periodically throughout the year to manage cooperation and development initiatives in the Ayamé region. According to the Statute, Organizations and Institutions that support the Agency’s activities with significant contributions (at least 1000 Euros) may designate representatives to the Coordination Committee.

The thematic working groups

Open to contributions from all interested parties, not necessarily members, who report on the activities carried out to the Coordination Committee.

To implement its projects, the Agency collaborates with volunteer Emilia Massignan, a permanent resident of Ayamé.

The work performed for the Agency is voluntary and unpaid. Management expenses never exceed 2% of annual revenues.

The Agency maintains collaborative relationships with the University of Pavia (CICOPS), participates in the SPERA consortium, and is part of the Pavia Territorial System for International Cooperation (SISTERR), promoted by the Department of Social Cohesion Policies of the Province of Pavia.
